Welcome to Day Four of Halo Reset.
This meditation invites you to tune into your natural rhythm  - the subtle intelligence of your breath, your body, and your nervous system. Together, we’ll explore the space between stimulus and response, creating calm awareness instead of reaction.
There’s nothing to control, nothing to rush.
Just permission to listen.

Find a comfortable seat or lie down, allow your breath to find its own rhythm, and let yourself move gently with what’s present.
