Thanks for helping my candles burn bright!!!

Life has been challenging lately. We all run into issues dealing with the daily grind which sometimes leaves us feeling a little "lost"! I had a tough time last week so this a hybrid episode made from a previous quality bonus show from May 2023! Its been updated for KERB with new "drops" and slightly different music (dropped 2 tracks and added a new band from Australia, their name is ALVIAN BLU with their soft chill track "Changes") This show fit my life well. Car problems, work problems, life problems, sick with a migraine and could not make it to my step brothers funeral over the weekend.

Today is a better day and all problems resolved (for now..lol) Its my birthday today! Come celebrate with us over on MXTR FM and Halshack Radio on Zeno FM at 3pm ET for the Pop Stop 44 (Birthday Shack) or catch it here on the podcast feed later today!

We're partying down this week Halshack style for my 54th trip around the sun!

Catch special number 50 episode of KERB next week along with my 1 year anniversary party on MXTR FM on OCT 1st and a Club Shack on Oct 3rd (Friday night) 9pm ET on Zeno FM 11pm ET on KERB 2am ET on MXTR FM!

Unfortunately death is all around us from loved ones to high profile figures to wars or even school children. Its a sad part of life folks but we can also celebrate ones life as well. Honor their memory and contributions to the world. Today on KERB 99.9 and Halshack  Radio on Zeno FM for the Shackjam 48 (The DEATH TONES) We are having a tribute show for the passing of my step brother Michael Davison. He was a beloved family man and local community member. His death was tragic as all death is. Its sad and heart breaking but we must all learn to move on. Enjoy these dark gritty yet fun anthems about death, the afterlife and all things life altering!

Check out the new review from Emily Cooper for Baltimore thunder rockers Crashing Atlas! She will be taking the next few weeks off for personal time. We are thankful to have her and look forward to her new music reviews when she returns.

We've got a new fan in South Carolina over the last 2 days has downloaded 175 episodes of my show! Your ears will be burning after all that good music! Nothing but fire heat!!...lol  I have to say a BIG THANK YOU and  a BIG SHOUTOUT!!!! I really appreciate all the love or it may be more than one fan now but either way I am sincerely grateful for you finding the show and giving us a chance! Please tell your music loving friends and family all about the Halshack! There will be a special shout out on both shows next week for you my friend or friends! Hit me up on social media (just look for Halshack)  or my contact page on my website will go to my email. Halshack.com This is how Emily Cooper became part of the show. She downloaded a bunch of episodes. I typed it up in a bio about her downloading the show from close to home here in my area in North Carolina and asked her to reach out to me! Bang!! She sent me an email. It turns out she had a background in music and writing and reviewing song lyrics so she became part of the show now each week writing blogs. I'm not looking for help with the show unless you want to volunteer your time of any kind. Even if its just supporting. Emily and I became friends so it came out in conversation that she had experience so I asked her to help. It just worked out that way, so I'm very fortunate to have her on the team. I just like making friends with my fans if possible especially the locals. Hope we can connect! Thanks again for the downloads!
