  • Diwas Gurung // On not being afraid to fail
Dubbed as the pioneer of the neo Nepali folk sound, Diwas Gurung has certainly developed a niche genre that sets him apart in the Nepali music scene. Currently living in New York, Diwas Gurung started his musical journey from his school days which led to a brief stint with Albatross way back when and as they say rest is history.

In this episode, we go over the challenges of turning his passion of music into career and how he still stays inspired. Even with over two decades of experience, Diwas dai still enjoys learning and growing as an artist. He takes opportunities as they come, isn’t afraid to fail and holds a pragmatic view of life and success.
