James is one of the nicest and honest people I have met, and has accomplished many goals in his bucket list of life. Today, I wanted to do something different. By chance, or maybe fate, my friend Joe Pagano hit me up about the new Warhammer rpg, and we got to talking which led me to invite him to talk tabletop with me.  I have been an avid board game and tabletop rpg player for a while now, and while I haven't had a chance to play wargames, Joe has competed in numerous tournaments and has painted up some sweet award winning minis.  He hosts a podcast (https://rageofsigmar.podbean.com/) and you can find him at gaming conventions all over the US and Europe. In today's episode, I get to chat with Jillian DeCoursey  (ig/twitter: @lionheartjill) about martial arts, covid quarantine, and mental health. She is a pro fighter with Invicta Fighting Championship, the world's largest all female mixed martial arts organization and  she is also a mental health professional who has her own practice in Queens, NY.  When she is not training six hours a day or attending to her clients, she still finds time to go for a jog with her pups. I want to know how she manages to get all that energy and stay focused...

Today I get to spend some time sharing stories and chatting with my friend, Daniel Mirro, an artist and tattooer who can usually be found painting up a new sheet of  original tattoo flash. We share our experiences about tattoos, painting,  mental health, our influences and tattoo machines.  Coming up in NYC, I am sure there are a ton of stories to tell...
