I cried last week and maybe that's surprising? I wanted to talk about why and what happens when I have a rough time in my life. It's okay to feel like you don't know what's going on in your life at a certain moment. You will overcome whatever is dragging you down and I know it!

How do you talk to yourself? Are you writing down your goals? Do you have a focus on your health? Who haven't you talked to in a while that you wish you could? All of these things are talked about in Episode 13!

What do you want to be know for in your life? When it's all said and done with what will you be known for? Are you working towards that? Are you the one that is writing your life's story or are other people dictating it?
