I've always struggle with how I look and feel physically. I have made significant changes over the years which I  am quite happy with, but a new spark as relit an old flame. Your man is transforming into a Mighty Brophin Power Gainger, Jacked Daniels, Qui-Gon Jacked, you get the idea...

Also this episode is an homage to the long lost days adventures of the neighborhood Winn-Dixie. The memory of the boys will never die!

In today's episode we talk about just how friggin tough a week can be. Joking... It was a frustrating week but everyone has those, and I'm grateful to be back home with A/C and no termites!

This week I learned a whole lot about myself. I have been going to the gym diligently again after a long time of not, and I have hit a mental roadblock recently. I found it increasingly more difficult to go get lift in if Jade wasn't going to come with me and if I wasn't wanting to go that day. I was mad about it one day this week while I was on my way to the gym alone and it dawned on me... I'm still on my way to the gym. I'm still going. I don't actually need anyone to go with me, I just prefer it. I can't let my preferences become my hindrances. A bunch more stuff in the episode but Jade is rushing me outta the house.
