Have there ever been times in life where you just needed some food? Life sometimes goes that way. For those moments, we like to be prepared. Whether it be meal prep or just having the right workout time planned, we want you to know that you don’t have to worry so much about those times where you’re away and outside your normal environment.
We also went away on a weekend vacation and decided we’d use our real lives as examples of how to enjoy yourself while sticking to the long term plan.
