Following Joe Navarros recommendation and introduction, I had the amazing opportunity to sit down with someone who had a business concept. Former ballet dancer Rachel Cossar is an embodiment expert with a unique background in nonverbal performance.
For 15 years, she trained and competed as a Rhythmic Gymnast on the Canadian National Team. Through this, she joined the Boston Ballet and performed lead roles in front of audiences at the Boston Opera House and for global audiences.
Rachel is the founder of Choreography for Business. She helps clients embody confidence and competence in the workplace and clients receive focused and expert attention to details in common postures and body language.
Rachel is a non verbal communication expert and she’s an expert in posture and presence. These skills are super important in business, being on the stage, dealing with others, being in meetings, networking, standing out in a crowded worlds amongst other situations.
It was an absolute honour to be speaking to Rachel for my podcast and to have her share her tips and advice on how we can stand out correctly.

Episode 13
Mark was voted #1 in the worlds top 30 body language professionals for two years running so I knew if I wanted more insight and knowledge from the world of body language and human behaviour, Mark would be able to help me. It was an absolute pleasure to talk to Mark for my podcast.
Mark shares his tips, advice and knowledge on how to use body language to excel, behave and gain.
As a speaker, business owner, and of course, a human, I rely on body language to make certain decisions and help me through various projects. After speaking with Mark, I've learned some new techniques and tips in order to utilise when making decisions with certain people.
Mark explains how we can use body language to our advantage so we can be perceived how we want without being inauthentic, why body language can't be read and he explains how we can SCAN someone to interpret their body language. An extremely interesting listen.

For this episode, I had the honour of speaking to and interviewing former FBI agent, best selling author and non-verbal communication expert, Joe Navarro. Joe spent 25 years in the FBI and through his work he was able to study, refine and apply the science of non-verbal communications. I read his book What Every Body Is Saying and by page 15 I knew I just had to have Joe on my podcast!
In this episode, we discuss body-language – the importance, the positives and the negatives. Joe shares his tips, his advice and what he has learned throughout his life and career. We also discuss public speaking (of course) and how body language can really help or spoil our performance and he shares the body language secrets that we should use in order to portray a positive message.

Episode 008 – I have had many different jobs since leaving university, and I didn't enjoy either of them. I simply treated them as a way to have money, not make money. My heart was always in presenting and speaking and those were the only roles that have ever given me satisfaction, joy and fulfilment. I believe that we all need to live our dreams and have the career or business we love! Sometimes, however, we feel stuck and unsure of how to move into the role we want, how to climb up the career ladder or change careers and do what we really love to do!
In this episode, Susan shares her advice on what to do if you're seeking a new career, want to climb up the career ladder or if you're feeling stuck and not sure what to do next. This episode is ideal for those looking to make a change in their career – no matter what that change is.
Susan is an executive transition coach who has a passion for helping individuals thrive in their career. The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and Harvard Business Review are some of the publications that have tapped her for career advice.

Episode 006 I've always wanted to write a book, and one, hopefully near, day I will. When I met Anne, I thought she'd make a great interviewee because so many people are in my shoes – they hope to write a book one day.
This interview is all about that – how to start writing and Anne shares some great tips around publishing. Anne’s main objective around her platforms are to help budding writers to learn how to edit their own words which in turn can maximise their chances of having their work published. She’s an author herself and you can find out more about Anne and her work here.
You can listen to the interview below or via iTunes here.
I hope you enjoy the interview.
Episode 005
In today's episode, I share the A-C of the A-Z of Public Speaking. As you know Public Speaking is one of my most favourite topics ever and something I enjoy everything about! It's no wonder I had fun coming up with a word starting with every letter of the alphabet to do with public speaking. (LOL! It was fun, honest).
I hope you enjoy todays episode.
Please get in touch with your contributions – I'd love to hear them.
