This week on Wellbeing, we talk with Hannah, the mother of two adult alcoholics. Many have heard of how alcohol affects the person using it but a perspective not heard from much is that of the families. In this episode, Hannah shares with us first a bit about her late teen marriage to an alcoholic partner and how that affected the young family, the hardship of being a mother of teen alcoholics, the challenging family dynamics, and how boundaries have enabled Hannah to manage her relationship with her alcoholic sons.

Hannah is a member of Al-Anon family groups and this episode is a part of our series where we speak to members of that group.
