Finally I did got the opportunity to have a chat with Hakim Djemaa who is the Export Manager of the amazing Belgian brewery Brouwerij De Halve Maan. In Sweden they are represented by their brands Straffe Hendrik and Brugse Zot. A brewery that has been around for six (!) generations. They work with the Swedish importer Amka.
