Are you exclusively and possibly close to your parents? Has one or both of your parents tried to live out their dreams to you? If so you may be a child of a narcissistic parent children of narcissistic parents generally experience humiliation shame and grow up having poor self-esteem. Often times these children become adults that are high achievers or south daughters or both. Children hurt by this type of parent will need trauma recovery.

Show me your trauma and I will show you mine! I honestly didn’t know where to start this journey so I figured why not at the source of my childhood trauma. One of the biggest and hardest things I have had to heal from, my narcissistic mother. Side note recorded this several months ago and was afraid to posts it, but I can’t let my fear stop me or deter me. Because I am happily healing 🌻
