There are a lot of things in life that is subjective and relative.
One of those things is happiness. However no matter what we all define as happiness, it’s fair to say we all need to experience happiness no matter what. It is not only good for our physical but also our mental well-being. I want to say being happy is not a feeling we have to have all the time. In fact it is good to feel unhappy and out of sort every now and then . This only help to make us appreciate feeling of happiness and joy even more.
Some people just ooze happiness: They always seem to be smiling and having fun, and let negative emotions and experiences roll off their backs. But if you think there's no way you could possibly ever be that way, you're wrong.
One thing is also for sure, it is proven scientifically that we have the power to be happy.
