I first met Shona Campbell when she was helping mates plan a charity event, always a good sign. 

Since then she's been pretty quiet... Touch World Cup, Scotland 7s and 15s debuts, Commonwealth Games, GB 7s and Rugby World Cup in NZ while studying psychology at Uni!
