Today, instead of an episode, I'd really like to send a quick message of love and support to everyone who has been traumatized, outraged, and otherwise touched by the deaths of George Floyd, Armaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and all people of color who have died in police custody. This has been such a traumatic week for our nation that it seems right to suspend our regular programming for this week. However, I do have one request. I would love to use both the blog and the podcast to share the outdoor experiences of people of color. Many of our current perspectives on mountaineering, adventure, and the outdoors come from people of privilege. So let's change that!
