Mary Wiatrek celebrates her 98th birthday Dec. 16 with family at the Circle G Restaurant in Poth. A longtime resident of the Kosciusko area and parishioner of St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Mary later served as school nurse for the Kenedy Independent School District; she now resides at Prairie Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Floresville.
