Hey Idiots!

Just in time for Independence Day (for my American listeners, probably more of a "Good Riddance Day" for the UK) I have my friend Jamie Kilstein on to talk about codependency.

Jamie is a comedian, and like many of us, he struggles with codependency. We chat about both of our histories with it, the work we've done (or haven't done) to help change our patterns and where we are now.

As always, there's lots of fun stories mixed in!

Also, we didn't get it on air because the convo never steered toward his martial arts experience, but he answered listener Eric's question about whether he uses martial arts to release negative energy:
