Happy Created Inc.

I'm going through a lot personally and the world seems like it's falling apart and I needed to rant about it all a bit in this new episode of Sad Created Inc but it's not all sad i also talk about Madden and RuneScape and my own great video game concept.

I've never played RuneScape before and I decided it's finally time to dive in with the simple goal of finishing one quest, how hard could that be?

This is it, we've traversed hell and found most of our ancestor spirits and we're finally ready to face the last warden and find our devilish brother who cut out our heart and stole our fiance! I don't really remember what all I talked about in this one either except that there's only two kinds of people in this world, people who like circus peanuts and people who's opinions don't matter but boy was Akuji a great game!

We ventured into limbo, which isn't the last level apparently, before coming face to face with the third warden, Purity, who's a weird big acid lady that splits into two. I think we're approaching the end!

The spirits of the dead forest are disturbed by our presence and go on a rampage while we're just, ya know, just passing through so they're a little dramatic. There's also disembodied crow wings that I use as a paraglider, I get my first game over and I talk about world of warcraft I think, I don't remember, I recorded the last several episodes in bulk and my memory has constantly failed me. Enjoy!

I decided to dive into the wonderful world of AI generated things, namely a AI generated text adventure and it was a wild ride, oh my god. The complex stories our AI overlords can weave with only the simplest prompts is certainly a sight to behold, I'm being sarcastic it wasn't great but boy oh boy was did it make me giggle. So sit back and plug into your state mandated matrix chair and listen to the fantastic tale of a spy named Double O' Eight and his fight against the Chicago separationist group.

I don't really like comic books or superheroes so naturally I spent over an hour ranking the top 50 superheroes of all time in a tier list. (Thanks to the Rolling Stones article) If you're a Marvel or DC fan be prepared to get super mad because I'm comic book illiterate and my opinions are weird but I stand by them. So get cozy and listen to me rant about various heroes, both popular and obscure and at one point I ate a baked potato.

We stan the original Dead Island round these parts so I kind of excited about the sequel but, like a lot of recent games, suffers from one of the worst inflections in modern media, the influence of Marvel movies and their inability to be taken serious and their weird pardy style one liners. But the game isn't all bad. In way more important news we got an announcement of an Iron Lung movie, I talk about the horrific locus matrix, my love hate relationship with Sudoku and how I've created a monster in the form of a giant pink berry boy in Wildfrost.

The description of this episode is that scene from SpongeBob where Patrick wakes up screaming spiders and slams his entire house onto a sleeping SpongeBob. I also talk about the awfulness that is RIPD and steam games and we have our normal Twitter dive. Oh also we're still platforming our way through the underworld with a hole in our chest blasting magic.

Wildfrost is a new deck building roguelike game that came out a few days ago and luckily they also dropped a demo! The art style is like if Adventure Time met Inscryption and it's gorgeous and I love it. Let's dive in and do a run and of course not horribly fail.
