Who is Daniel J Williams? 

Meet Daniel J. Williams, he is a leader in the  space of men's mindset and performance coaching, a published author, podcast personality, and a stirring keynote speaker.

The zeal Daniel has for the ministry and business he manages, ACT ACCORDINGLY Men's Mindset & Performance stems from the past battles and turbulence he struggled with in his own life. Daniel was an unfaithful husband, presently absent father, and an alcohol and substance abuser. After the collapse of his marriage he later found himself experiencing homelessness, loss of self-confidence which led  to battling with depression.

What propelled Daniel into the pursuit of assisting other men in attacking the stresses and internal conflicts many typically stay quiet about was due to his own crying internally in loneliness wanting to become a responsible man that could be respected and spoken well of. Knowing several friends while also watching other men walk around acting brave and behaving as if they had it together while crumbling emotionally disturbed and greived Daniel greatly. So much so that he determined within himself to share his story with any man that would listen. One man and one young man at a time.

Daniel states that it was his past experiences through his life that brought about ACT ACCORDINGLY Men's Mindset & Performance. The purpose and pursuit is showing men that mistakes will happen while you're learning. Making mistakes does not equate to being a failure. Even if flawed and broken images of what a man is was all you experienced, that does not have to be your fate. 

Daniel says what he enjoys most in what he does is witnessing the metamorphic evolution of a man's confidence going from being passive or passive aggressive to simply becoming confident and assertive. Daniel states he always finds it exhilarating to watch a man discard a passive personality in exchange for a more tenacious one. 

Daniel also states he is not restricted and exclusive to only adult males but also young men,  preteens, teens, and young boys. Daniel believes by intentionally targeting the youth we woukd drastically decrease the probability of them becoming a danger to their future selves, opportunities, and relationships by presenting them with a reset button before the damaging mindsets and habits become solidified and more difficult to identify and alter. Who is AJ Vassar?

Who is Eddie Umphrey?

Umphrey was a member of the USA Gymnastics National Team staff in 2017. He coached uneven bars for the Developmental Invite Camp at the USA National Team Training Center. Prior to Umphrey's elite coaching career he served as a coach at the University of Michigan. During his four years with Michigan the team claimed four straight Big Ten team titles and three NCAA Championship appearances.

A much sought out coach at gymnastics clinics and camps, Umphrey gives back to the sport by educating up and coming coaches as well. He is a regular speaker at USAG National Congress as well as the Gymnastics Association of Texas. Umphrey also shares his World and Olympic experience through motivational speaking around the country. Umphrey has been invited as a keynote speaker at the World Peace Conference later this fall. In November, he will be receiving the Gentleman of Heart Award for Leading Gymnastics Coach in London, England. 

Prior to Umphrey's coaching career he competed for the University of Michigan where he earned his Bachelors degree in Movement Science in 2006. During his tenure he helped the team to four straight top four finishes at NCAA Championships as well as earning individual All-American honors. As a junior, Umphrey was a Junior Olympic National Champion.
