Ellen nutzt die Astrologie als ein Mittel, um Menschen auf ihrem beruflichen und privaten Lebensweg zu begleiten und ihnen dabei zu helfen, ein erfülltes Leben zu gestalten.
Ihr eigene berufliche Reise hat dabei ganz anders begonnen: Einer Ausbildung zur Sozialversicherungsfachangestellten folgten über 20 Jahre bei der Lufthansa und danach die Gründung ihres eigenen Yogahofs im Burgenland. Ilga ist Expertin für SEO, also Search Engine Optimization – anders ausgedrückt: Sie kennt sich hervorragend damit aus, wie man eine optimale Sichtbarkeit der eigenen Online-Präsenz im Internet erreicht. Natürlich spreche ich mit ihr also über Sichtbarkeit, allerdings hat dieses Thema viel mehr Facetten, als das Dreibuchstabenkürzel SEO vermuten lassen könnte.
Sichtbar werden mit den eigenen Leistungen, Angeboten und Themen bedeutet besonders für alle Solopreneurs ja nicht nur, die eigene Webseite für Suchmaschinen zu optimieren. Weit vor diesem Schritt geht es erst einmal darum, sich selbst und die eigenen Ideen einer Öffentlichkeit zu präsentieren und da wird es dann besonders am Anfang oft richtig schwierig – nicht technisch, sondern emotional!

Mit 52 Jahren das erste eigene Unternehmen zu gründen nach über dreißig Jahren als Angestellte in ganz verschiedenen Jobs – das ist ein Schritt, der Mut, Optimismus und eine klare Vision braucht. Wie sie all das gefunden hat, welche Herausforderungen es gab und wie sich ihr Blick auf Arbeit seit der Gründung ihrer Firma Korkgut verändert hat, davon erzählt Sabina in unserem Interview!
Die Motivation hinter einer Gründung ist häufig der Wunsch nach mehr Freiheit und einer selbstbestimmten Arbeitsweise. Doch auf dem Weg dorthin begegnen wir inneren und äußeren Erwartungen und spüren oft das Gegenteil von Freiheit, nämlich Druck und Stress. Ein klares Bild davon, wie das eigene Business mal aussehen und sich anfühlen soll, ist sicherlich hilfreich bei den ersten Schritten einer Gründung. Gleichzeitig kann die Lücke zwischen dem Hier und Jetzt und dem ersehnten Zustand auch Stress erzeugen, wenn uns die Geduld dazu fehlt, den Weg selbst mit seinen Höhen, Tiefen und Lernmomenten auch als wichtigen Teil anzunehmen und genießen zu können.
Genauso kann auch das Fehlen eines klaren Bildes für das eigene Business für Stress sorgen und einen enormen Druck in uns auslösen. Vergleichsmöglichkeiten sind allgegenwärtig und führen meist nicht zu einer Stimmungsaufhellung, stimmt’s?
Wir können Einfluss nehmen auf unser Wohlbefinden, indem wir lernen, unsere Gedanken zu lenken und damit unsere Emotionen positiv zu beeinflussen. Auch unsere Kreativität kann ein tolles Hilfsmittel sein, besser mit Stress und Druck umzugehen!
