This week on Down to the City Jacob Racco heads over to one of thirteen Happy Goat Coffee locations to interview Thierry Papineau, Happy Goats Area Manager. The coffee franchise is a staple in the city of Ottawa, so it's only fitting we do an interview at their Staples location on Bank Street which offers an amazing podcast studio, seminar room and other state of the art facilities.

We discuss the impact Happy Goat has on the city, giving back to their community through the many collaborations with local businesses, artists and providing social campaigns for the people of Ottawa. We then get into the culture within the company along with their mission, and of course we discuss the making and intricate methods the Roast Masters go through to create the perfect blend of coffee.
