‘Tis the season for cheery hearts and joyous celebration, and I wanted to tell you that you’ve done a wonderful job loving the world through flowers this year. Whether you’ve been in business for forty years, forty minutes, or anywhere in between, I’m proud of you. This flower thing we’re doing isn’t easy.
