Hey everyone!

Thanks for tuning in. I was thinking about authenticity this week and why it's been a pivotal part of my transformation and growth over the past five or so years. I shared a very high level rationale for why I believe authenticity is important in a world of inauthenticity. My main point to drive home today is that authenticity and inauthenticity drives individual and group think respectively. Group think tends to divide and conquer which tears our society apart. I urge everyone to be as authentic as they can by "being a better you than you were yesterday." By striving for growth and keeping yourself from seeking it outwardly, you'll grow to be more authentic and your goals will become more clear, achievable and repeatable.
