  • The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab - NFL, MLB, NBA and NCAA Football Talk
Welcome to The Inscriber Media Network, home of "The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab", hosted by "The Mad Scientist of Sports" Nick Ficorelli and "The Apprentice" Andrew Gluchov. This is not the average everyday sports show they are bringing to the air waves. "The Mad Scientist" has created his own personal sports lab, and you, the audience, as well as many of his special guests, will be his test subjects. He will throw theories out, and you never know where they will be coming from. He will keep everyone guessing, and he will open his lab to any and all comers. Be prepared for "mad science" sports talk at its best.
Tonight, once again, we have a jam packed episode as we get ready for NFL training camps, go into the trading deadline in MLB, a NBA Summer League Review, and more previews for NCAA Football. At 10pm, we welcome John McMullen, National NFL Writer for The Sports Network (TSN) to talk some previews of NFL training camp, and his opinion on Tom Brady vs The NFL. At 1030pm, we have Mike Gianella of Baseball Prospectus, to talk about the 2nd half of MLB - trading deadline, pennant races, and more. At 1100pm, we have Kanye from SportsRants to give his take on NBA Summer League, Becky Hammon, and Josh Smith's "remarks" and contract. And, at 1130pm, we Turron Davenport of The Baltimore Times and Football Gameplan, to talk some college football.
The beacons are lit, the experiments are on the chalk board, and the test subjects are at the ready - The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab is open for business.

  • @ReyReyIsFun Is Fundamental #26: No Clocks (ft. Anthony Irwin)
Hey, y’all. It’s the 26th episode of the Rey-Rey Is Fundamental (@ReyReyIsFun) podcast, part of theHappy Hour Network.
There will be a lot ofNBA talk in this show but I also go over other interests myself or whatever is hot at the moment.
Anthony Irwin joins us to talk NBA Summer League, the NBA writing community, and boy bands in zombie movies. Also, I don’t believe Anthony Irwin is actually a cat.
The greatest storyteller of all-time, Adam Jacobi, joins us for the entire show as well.
Earlier in the show, Laura Walker  talks to me about the friend zone and why we dislike it.
And for a new segment, E.J. Christian (@EJChristian7) from the Earnestly Speaking Podcast joins me as we go back in time with Kickin’ It Old School With Rey-Rey and E.J. In the very first edition, we talk about mid-80s Madonna.
    Thanks for listening, party people!

  • @ReyReyIsFun Is Fundamental #25: Extra Large (ft. Robby Kalland)
Whaddup, guysh? It’s the 25th episode of the Rey-Rey Is Fundamental (@ReyReyIsFun) podcast, part of the Happy Hour Network.
You guys know me as an NBA blogger/writer (you know The No-Look Pass). There is a lot of NBA talk in this show but I also go over other interests myself or whatever is hot at the moment.
Robby Kalland (@RKalland) of CBSSports.Com stopped by to talk about the NBA Free Agency period and Women’s World Cup. The DeAndre Jordan saga was starting in full swing around the time this podcast was being recorded so you’ll get reactions from us about that. Also, Robby suggests I should watch Magic Mike XXL.
Our favorite storyteller, Adam Jacobi, joins us for the entire show and, yes, did tell us a story.

  • The Wytching Hour - Episode 2
A Interview with An English Witch…
    Courtesy of WITCHES AND PAGANS
Patricia Claire Dawson was born in Sheffield, England on October 14th, 1927. During World War II, she studied drama and voice production and entertained service men in two plays sponsored by the British government. In 1956, she met professional stage magician, ventriloquist, and puppeteer Arnold Crowther (an old friend of Gerald Gardner). Gerald Gardner initiated Patricia into the Craft of the Wise on the 6th of June, 1960. She then initiated Arnold with directions from Gerald. Patricia and Arnold were hand fasted by Gerald on November 8, 1960, with a civil ceremony in Sheffield the next day.
Patricia and Arnold Crowther established the Sheffield Coven in December of 1961. In 1962, hereditary Scottish witch Jean MacDonald wrote to Patricia after seeing her in a television program. After inquiring by divination to ascertain if Patricia was a suitable person to receive the Inner Rites of the Craft that she had practiced for many years, Jean sent Patricia the rites over a period of months and also forwarded her grandmother`s athame and sacred stone from her altar.
Patricia and Arnold Crowther wrote The Witches Speak in 1965, and in 1971, they presented a BBC radio series A Spell of Witchcraft. More books followed.
Patricia has presented over 300 public lectures in her many decades in the Craft, the largest to thousands of students at Sheffield University. The Centre for Pagan Studies held a conference in honor of Patricia called “A Day For Patricia Crowther” on April 6th, 2014, at the Masonic Hall.
