Are you tired of sitting around, talking about your problems? I've been there. It didn't help. In fact, it just made things seem worse.

You see, our brains work best when they are working towards solutions, not just repeating the problem.

This statement also holds true when someone's words don't equate to their actions. What you do speaks so loud I can't hear what you say! Stop talking about it. Be about it.
