my fav part is that it gives you flexibility, food freedom, YOU make your own food choices and enjoy the food (and drinks) that you want WHILE getting results. this makes it easy to adhere to -- and adherence is everything! if you’re constantly restricting then over eating, you won’t see any progress. macros can be tailored to your preferences and lifestyle. again, making it’s easier to stick to. they evolve with you: as your goals change, so will your macros. whether you’re trying to lose fat, build muscle, or just maintain your current physique, tracking macros will get you there.
