Are you excited by what the world has to offer you on New Years eve? Well i guess you should be as its a time for new beginnings. However in this episode of Join Up Dots, I share why I feel setting a goal because of the date, is not as valid an idea as starting a goal because you truly want to. The motivation to achieve anything has to start within you, and if you are being forced into it you are prone to fail bigtime.
