You are invited for a guided dive into your Happy Place. To explore it experientially, sit comfortably and close your eyes for this guided imagery journey.
In order to experience this, you must find a quiet place. Turn off your phone, make sure nothing will distract you. You can sit and lean against something, but you can also lie down - only if you’re sure that you won't fall asleep. I suggest you sit and lean against something - so that you’re comfortable enough but at the same time so you will stay awake. Make sure the temperature is comfortable and you’re not on a tight schedule - this meditation is very powerful when one gives 100% of themselves to it. If you're looking at the phone or clock in the process, it won’t be as beneficial. Therefore I highly recommend that you take this seriously and find the right time and space for this practice.
You can also repeat it as many times as you feel like - in the event that you’ve become distracted or fallen asleep, or if you simply feel like doing it again for more powerful effects.
