It's been ONE YEAR since I started the "Restore Yourself. Restore Your Marriage" podcast!!! And today, we are going to celebrate. Creating something from scratch and sticking with it is a form of devotion and dedication, much like marriage is. And just like I am involved in the spirit of commitment and devotion, so are you!!!
In today's episode, I am going to share three of the main lessons I have learned by starting this podcast and its impact on my own life and how it can impact yours, as well. These three lessons can be very valuable when it comes to the attitude and mindset we have towards our spouse, intimacy, and marriage as a whole. They touch on the ideas of our mindset, how we spend some of our free time, and a totally healthy expectation for our relationship.
We will address the need for putting our mental health as a priority, and how life coaching skills can help with that. In today's world, this is something that can no longer be neglected. Life coaching is a form of self-respect and self-care, and can even take our spirituality to the next level. Finally, I will share one of the most beautiful and unexpected blessings that have come from doing this, and how much I treasure it.
