Today we talk with two of our favorite people, Chris Linger and Maricela Soberanes of Up Plex Multifamily! They are part of the Sumrok ecosystem, the Grant Cardone 10X real estate investors and are 10X business coaches. They have partnered in over $300 million in real estate syndications and coach others on how to invest as well. They share their story on how they got started, why they went in this direction and give some great insights on investing in real estate!
