Derek Scott and Steve Cooley skeletally representing Haptic Synapses this year at the 2023 SubZERO Festival, June 4, 2023. We absolutely love this festival. We've participated in one way or another, every year. We love the organizers, they are the heartbeat of culture here in the heart of the south bay area California. This is always a special event for us, and we look forward to it every year. This year a different two of us played than before. We had a lot of fun, and it was harder and we missed Charles.

We played a super fun show in Santa Cruz at Liminal Space, which was at the Circle Church in the north part of the city, towards UCSC. We had a great time, everyone was super nice and supportive. We had a bunch of folks come talk to us after, it was great!
