Brian Zimmerman lives like a junkyard dog - tenaciously - attacking anything that's in his way when looking to solve a problem. Brian is a former high school wrestler, officiate, and coach from Wisconsin that is now the CEO of the Cleveland Metroparks. He is responsible for an insane amount of projects.
In our conversation, Brian talk about how he handles such a workload, the time he nearly had to be escorted out of a gymnasium after making a call that decided the fate of a wrestling match, how he woke up at 2am with an idea that led to the reopening of the Cleveland Zoo, and what makes him truly Hard To Kill.
This episode is sponsored by I.D.E.A. Cleveland - founder Chris Inman is a wiz when it comes to managing a podcast, YouTube or one of the many social media channels. You can find him on LinkedIn where he can provide you with the help you need to generate leads with your content online.
Nothing is promised. There are some things you can control, and much more that you cannot. As you are on a mission to serve yourself, your family, your community, or your workplace, keep in mind that everyone around you is on that very same mission themselves. Be kind, be courteous, strive hard, and live passionately. One day, it'll be over for every single one of us. Let's make everyone's time here easier.

The title, Motivate The World To Realize It's Potential, is the purpose that guides Aaron Grossman. Not only did determining this change his life forever, it made everything much more simple.
On todays show, Aaron talks about:
Aaron is the founder of Wrestlers In Business, TalentLaunch, and Alliance Solutions Group. If you're looking for a job, or interested in seeing what else is out there, reach out to Aaron or one of his organizations for a helping hand.
Entrepreneur, Musician, Model, WNBA practice player - these are just some of the many titles that Michael Thomas White holds as he is a prime example of going against the grain to pursue whatever it is that he wants to do - AND he is successful in doing so.
How does one person juggle so many roles?
We get into that, the moment him and his business partner decided to go all in on Wallace White Co. (their watch company), and much more on episode #11 of Hard To Kill!

Today we are joined by former NCAA Division I baseball player and current Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, Dan Ditusa. Dan is a self described "Go-Giver", looking to bring value to his connections in any way-shape-or form.
Jerald experienced this himself upon meeting Dan as his only concern was if he or somebody in his network could make a positive difference in his life right away.
Though Dan is very giving, he has had things taken from him numerous times and have had to fight vigorously just to continue to pursue what he truly loves.
We detail those experiences as they include being cut from his high school baseball team, being told he would never be good enough to play in college, and how his network is what helps make Dan, Hard To Kill.
