I want you to take a second and consider what kind of example you are setting for those around you. For your family. For your co-workers or employees, for your team, your clients, whoever it may be. Are you setting a high bar for your work ethic? What about your attitude? Are you walking the walk or just talking the talk when it comes to your health? It’ll be a quick process to audit your life, quicker then you may think - you probably already know the answers to all the questions I just posed. The hard part is if you identified any areas where the answer was “no” - no I’m not setting a good example with my attitude, no I’m not working as hard as I could - you have to do the WORK to turn that answer into a resounding YES.
