      • THE COPS WORK FOR THE ILLUMINATI | DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION ON LINUX (PART 1)

Conrads I am afraid we have to uncover the secrets of the Illuminati.

Yeah that's right. It's a livestream series where I do a Pacifist challenge play through of Deus Ex: Human Revolution (2011, no need to remake this game so soon).

This is a 100% pacifist run (except the boss fights, the game forces those). Where I will be trying to avoid being caught at all opportunities. This is one COP who isn't a bastard (Also he's no longer a cop).

Deus ex: Human revolution is the 2011 sequel to the wildly successful stealth FPS deus ex. Set in the 2020s in detroit, deus ex depicts a future where a secret cabal of ultra wealthy illuminati run the world through corporations, where people are dependent on expensive medicine to live, and detroit is a lawless wasteland. So the developers got that right I guess.

The player assumes the role of adam jensen, a high-ranking employee in the sarif corporation, a company that specializes in cybernetic implants.

The game is one of the best stealth experiences I've ever had the pleasure to have and I will be taking no questions.

        The system configuration I'm using:

        OS: Arch Linux x86_64

        Host (MB modle): B450M/ac R2.0
        Kernel: 6.16.8-arch3-1
        Shell: bash 5.3.3
        Resolution: 1920x1080
DE: Plasma 6.4.5 [KF 6.18.0] [Qt 6.9.2] (wayland)
        WM: kwin_wayland_wr
        Terminal: konsole
        CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 (12) @ 4.2GHz
GPU: AMD ATI Radeon RX 580
        Memory: 31.21 Gib
        BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. 5.17

        Game Info:

Game: DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION (2011)
        Runtime/compatibility: Steam launched--Proton 3.16-9
Launch Options: dx9 version, no launch options.
        Game Version: 1.6.451.0
