Hardly Strictly Radio No. 203
Thursdays 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Bluegrass, Americana, Roots, Jamgrass, Acoustic and Small “c” country music: you name it!
It’s a big tent at Hardly Strictly: Fred starts from bluegrass but doesn’t stop there.
Thanks for listening to the show (Hardly Strictly No. 203)
Tom Paley of The New Lost City Ramblers died this week at age 89. We heard him sing a song from 65 years ago.
And Tom Petty died.
He was an American music legend. We heard some Petty songs, too, including this version of “Swingin”
Thanks for turning out to the WMPG Bluegrass Spectacular on October 2.
Please listen online or join me live next week.
Fred.
