He is facing a federal hate-crime investigation as well. On Sunday, Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia said that the gunman had been in Buffalo — which is a three-hour, 200-mile drive from where he lives in Conklin, New York — for at least a day prior to the shooting. “It seems that he had come here to scope out the area, to do a little reconnaissance work … before he carried out his just evil, sickening act,” he told ABC News. The AP reports that “investigators believe Gendron had specifically researched the demographics of the population around the Tops Friendly Market and had been searching for communities with a high number of African American residents.”

A suspected white supremacist accused of gunning down 10 people and wounding three others in a live-streamed massacre at a Buffalo, NY supermarket on Saturday pleaded not guilty to one first degree murder charges.  Payton Gendron, 18, of Conklin, NY, who was barefoot, masked and wearing a paper smock, told the judge that he understood the charge against and was not guilty at an arraignment Saturday evening.

A Brooklyn family is mourning this week after 18-year-old Adriana Graham was killed in the lobby of her apartment building.  Detectives say the teen and a friend played with a gun while recording TikTok videos last Tuesday according to a Daily News report. She was reportedly shot in her head moments later. Her family, however, slams the TikTok story.

A woman was determined to kick off her Hot Girl Summer the luxury way by making off with $200,000 worth of watches from the home of a man she met at a Miami nightclub.

The brazen theft took place on the morning of April 23rd. The victim met the woman who identified herself as “Cynthia” at a nightclub. The pair left together to continue the party at his apartment on the 36th floor of his luxury high-rise condo at One Paraiso at 3131 NE Seventh Ave, around 1:30 a.m. At the apartment, the two had drinks, and the victim dozed off at some point. When he awoke shortly after 10:00 a.m., the woman and his pricey watch collection were nowhere to be found. It is unknown if she drugged the man.
