Harness is back! Welcome to isolation... we are exploring how people are harnessing this unique time of COVID-19 and whether (or not) they are coping.
In this episode, we bring our usual 'good and bad' news items to the table and hear from people in Canada, Scotland and London about how they're finding lockdown. We also chat to Dr Jason "Tik Tok Doc" Campbell from Portland, who comforts us with a positive U.S. perspective.
If you want to get in touch, please email us at [email protected], feel free to send over a voice note with how you are passing the time (a template for this is available on our Instagram if you are stuck).

Our third and final bonus episode features the incredible writer Clementine Ford, recorded in October 2019. This was the second time we got the chance to interview Clementine, this was such a treat because we could delve into all of the topics that we missed out on last time! Our chat ranges from porn to Justin Trudeau and back round to her impeccable latest work Boys Will Be Boys. Clementine’s boldness and passion makes her an outspoken figure in Australia, and damn, we admire everything she does. A little warning, we do discuss sexual assault throughout this episode, so if you’d rather skip this one, we’ll catch you next time!
Boys Will Be Boys is available to purchase NOW! We strongly recommend giving it a read.

This is the first of three bonus episodes created to accompany season one of Harness. This episode features Natalie Lee and Illana Gambrill and was recorded in November 2019. Natalie (who you'll recognise from SO1E01) is a blogger, speaker, fashionista and self love advocate. Illana is a professional dancer and the founder of Dance Box. The pair met when Natalie began shaking her booty at Illana's sweaty, sexy and empowering dance classes. Illana helped Natalie unleash her inner diva and, in turn, Natalie supported Illana to grow her business and focus her energy on lifting up women through movement. 2020 has already been a big year for these two powerhouses with the launch of FEELING MYSELF - inclusive, empowering workshops designed to leave all its attendees feeling powerful and confident. Their next event will be in Manchester on March 29th and at the time of this episode's release, just a few tickets remain!

This episode of Harness features Taylah Roberts. You may recognise Taylah from Australia’s Next Top Model, but since leaving the modelling industry, Taylah has embarked on a body confidence journey. Through social media, she was able to find self acceptance as well as utilise Instagram as a platform to help others. We caught her in London to chat about this and her new career path as a doula and birth photographer. Her openness and honesty resonates throughout our chat and we hope you love her as much as we do!

This episode of Harness is with Sarah Rosborg. Sarah is the CEO of charity Rafiki Mwema. Rafiki offer support and refuge to children who have been sexually abused. They have four therapeutic safe houses in Kenya. Sarah made her first trip to Kenya to volunteer in children’s homes in 2005 and knew instantly she would return. A week after her visit she was in a horrific car accident which left her bed-bound for 12 months. She dedicated every spare moment to raising awareness and funds for the children she had met in Kenya and once recovered, co-founded Rafiki, along with Anne Marie Tipper. Sarah credits social media, and the online hustling skills she learnt in recovery, to much of the charities success. Ambassadors of Rafiki include comedian Celeste Barber and blogger Constance Hall.
