Flat Earthers

The theory that the earth is a flat disc floating in the middle of a sea, with the North Pole in the middle and a huge ice edge acting as the southern boundary and outer circumference of the disc. 

Hard to believe, but join Harpothehealer and RJ as they discuss and analyse this strange viewpoint, as held by a number of people, even today, despite all the scientific knowledge amassed over the centuries to disprove this idea.

Harpothehealer and RJ discuss and analyse the epic Titanic disaster, from various angles, such as ship design, health and safety, and ego's of main characters involved, such as the ship captain, ship designer and other ship operatives. The Olympic-class ocean liners were a trio of British liners built by Harland and Wolff shipyard for the white Star line Olympic 1911 Titanic 1912 and Britannic 1915.

This is followed by the concept of possible natural disasters, such as the planet being struck by an asteroid,  and how the human race balances our advances in technology against pragmatic thought processes.

For instance, to save the human race, do we invest time and money in populating another planet in the solar system, ie flying to Mars, or do we avert a total natural disaster by asteroid impact, by flying a spacecraft into an asteroid to nudge its trajectory (The NASA DART mission). Which is the best approach...
