It took about 13 missions for her to save her family and friends using the Underground Railroad, and also the help of antislavery activists. The stage actress, Cynthia Erivo, earned a 2016 Tony Award for her performance in Broadway's "The Color Purple." An interesting fact about Cynthia is that she is 5-foot-1, which is an inch taller than the actual Harriet Tubman was.
