Harry McNulty is a two-time Olympian, captain of the Irish 7s rugby team, video creator, travel photographer and someone who is always on the lookout for the next adventure and experience. 

It's not every day you get to hear about what it's like to run out to a crowd in the Olympic games in the same conversation as catching the perfect shot of a lion on safari in Kenya. Both descriptions had me captivated. 

In this episode Harry talks about the fear of missed opportunities, of balancing fear and expectations and how you know when you're ready to tackle the fear ahead of you.
