Harry Potvin, former varsity swimmer, speaks on his issues dealing with depression, anxiety and suicide. Harry tells us how during high school he never had time to focus on his mental health, when he went to University he realised that his mental health had been suffering for a while, but had never paid attention to it. He now advocates for people to speak openly about their mental health to the people in their lives and this is always a great help. Recently Harry has been trying to raise awareness with mental health through social media and in his personal life.
