Harry Spaight has a pretty unique background that paved his path to get into sales and sales leadership.

From his early 20s he was considerably involved in mission work. This helped develop his servant mindset. In his mid 30s after spending two years in the Dominican Republic, he and his wife came back to the states with nothing and needed to start over completely.In the D.R. Harry envisioned a view of himself as a travelling salesperson, selling technology.

From the first "job" in sales to landing the technology sales job, Harry has never looked back. He always put others first and applied the missionary mindset of serving others that led first to his success in sales and then eventually sales leadership.
