The Father of Lies and a murderer (John 8:44)

Demons were false gods (1 Corinthians 10:20)

Children were and are sacrificed to him (Psalm 106:35-37)

The ruler of this world (Ephesians 2:2 )

Has power over the entire world (1 John 5:19)

Has power over the cosmos (Ephesians 6:12 )

Opposes everything God does (John 10:10)

Opposes the spread of the Gospel (Acts 16:16-18)

Blinds non-believers (2 Corinthians 4:4)

Enslaves non-believers (Galatians 4:8)

Is at work in non-believers (Ephesians 2:2)

Deceives the whole world (Revelation 12:9)

Oppressing people with sickness (Luke 13:10,11,16)

Accuses you (Zechariah 3:1-5)

Lurks to destroy you (Job 1:12; 1 Peter 5:8)
