Caroline Robitaille, a chef from California, who is an Olive Oil Sommelier, from her home in in northern California, she shares her passion for seasonal, organic, local and unprocessed food and EVOO pairing and teaches EVOO tasting classes. Caroline starts our celebration menu with her Fig and Goat’s cheese Crostini.

Carina has written several books and is focusing her time on promoting Extra Virgin Olive Oil in her home country of Norway. We finish our harvest celebration menu with: Cranberry apple pie with pine nuts, basil and EVOO.
