Who's in the sanctuary and in the loft and the patio, and also online and for tuning in, we want to welcome you as well. We're doing things a little different today. We're making a change in that. We're having announcements at the beginning of the service rather than in the middle, but because we all love change so much. It's like, yeah, this is, this is good. Right? Human nature. We love change. So you're ready for the announcements. It's always the best part of the service. Remember that? So, all right, we have Easter coming up. So next Sunday, Easter is going to be here on campus. 1 (46s): So what we're going to be doing is we're going to set up in the upper parking lot, which is up the, up the road this direction. And we're going to have a stage built, live worship. We're going to stream it as well. We're going to set up 600 chairs. We would encourage you please invite family, invite friends, neighbors, anybody you can think of. In fact, we have these Easter invite cards that have been made up, print it up and you'll find them distributed in different places around the, the campus. And so go ahead and grab some of those. That's a good way just to hand it and invite somebody to come to the Easter fellowship. And so it's at 10. O'clock just remember that we've got one service. It's going to be at 10 o'clock and it's going to be a family service. 1 (1m 27s): So we will have children's packets available for the little ones, but it's one hour long. They're, you know, they're going to sit with mom and dad, grandma and grandpa, and it's going to be a really fun, fun Easter celebration. We do need some help. We're going to be doing setup actually on Saturday. We're going to set up at nine o'clock on Saturday. If you'd like to be a part of that, just sign up at the info center or on our website. And we will contact you just to confirm that you're on the roster to help set up again. That's going to be Saturday, this coming Saturday at nine o'clock and then clean up, you can either sign up to clean up, or you can just hang out a little bit right after service and you can help us put away chairs and do all that good stuff. 1 (2m 7s): So if you want to be a part of that, that would be super helpful. All right. One of the things that we do at harvest church, we do this about three or four times a year is we offer a program. We call it growth track. So what it is is for those who are new to harvest church, and it helps you get connected to the believers here, the community here at harvest church. And so that growth track is going to be starting up. It's going to start up April 11th and there's actually, it's going to involve four Sundays, Sunday morning. So it's going to start April 11th at, at 11 o'clock. It's going to be in the parsonage up the driveway. And again, it's going to be four sessions and you're going to get to know some other people it's going to be super fun. 1 (2m 48s): But what you're going to learn about there is you're going to learn about a little bit of the history of harvest church. So like what makes us unique from other churches in our community? You're gonna learn about our beliefs, mission, ministries, history, all that kind of stuff. And it's going to also help you to discover your spiritual gifts and find out, you know, where God would have you get plugged in with whether it be here at church or in your community, but it's going to be super fun. And just, we're just going to exalt your name God. So I just ask you to move in us this morning and, and just show us something of something more of you this morning in Jesus name, please stand. You say that like, he's good, but I can't see it. If you're comfortable with that, maybe give high fives, fist bumps, introduce yourself to someone. 3 (22m 38s): So my wife threw a birthday, a surprise birthday for me a few years ago and, and she just completely pulled off. It was a complete surprise. So what she did is she sent me away to some friends for the weekend and we went out to Owens Valley and did some fly fishing, some adventuring, some just getting out in the country. It was a great time. And as I came back in, she sent me a text and such, she said, Hey, meet me at Manning park, up above Carpentaria. We were living in, in Santa Barbara at the time. And so I said, okay, I'm sorry. So Paul I'm pulling into meaning park. If you've ever been there, it's just this gorgeous park. It's surrounded by some Hills with Oak beautiful Oak trees. And as you pull into the park, there's this big grass field. And I just remember seeing kids playing out there and there's a jungle gym and there's families with around the barbecues. 3 (23m 22s): And as I pulled up to the site where my wife had said to meet her, I realized that like 30 to 40 of my friends were there. And it was just, you know, as I was walking up, I was just, it was, it was a super emotional mome

Thank you all for joining us wherever you're joining us from whether it's online or here on campus, somewhere in the sanctuary in the loft outside. We're just glad you're here and invite you to join us in worship. Please stand, dear God, we invite you here this morning. We laid down whatever we brought in God. We just become aware of you place our lives for the cross this morning. And we just lift you up as Lord of our lives. 1 (1m 7s): My enemy, the unbelief way with clues. 1 (6m 37s): You have the space between where I used to be. I would never be next to me. 1 (6m 54s): between B thank you that you stand with us in the hardest of times, 2 (11m 56s): Midst of the fire. You don't leave us. You stand right beside us. I love how you showed us in the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Bendigo. Having the, you were sent into the fire. You protected them. You covered them. It says not a single hair was singed. Not only that. When others looked into the fire, they saw fourth one standing with them, the King of glory. Thank you. That that's the example. You give us that you're that kind of savior, who, who doesn't shout from the outside of the furnace, but it's right next to us within it. And so I just pray for anyone this morning that feels in the midst of that furnace in the midst of dark, scary times, Lord, that you would remind them if you're nearby. 2 (12m 41s): Yes, you are. As close as our breath. We have nothing to fear the Lord on our side, cover us. You shield us. We were under the protection of the shadow of your wings. You would just bring your protections morning. It's your angels and camp around us strengthened that you've given us to push back the darkness, your light, your love, your truth. 2 (13m 29s): We thank you for your presence here in this place. In our hearts, in our church, in our city, in our 1 (15m 5s): 2 (21m 6s): Anyone this morning, this morning, that's choking back. It's just hard. Sometimes she would remind us that your yoke is easy and your burden is you carry us always. When the enemy tries to slap on all this stuff that we have to carry, that's just not the truth. 2 (21m 47s): So would you free us just to walk in the joy of our salvation today and just the freedom that comes in knowing you and following your word and trusting in your promises. You're only stateful we can depend on. You just encourage you to maybe take a deep breath, just strength, freedom, and key. So the Lord this morning, the enemy tries so hard to spring, heaviness and worry and doubt and anxiety and stress at every corner. 2 (22m 29s): Lord just wants to say, I've got you, son and daughter. I see you. You're never out of my sight. I see you. I see how hard you're trying. I see everything you're walking through. I've heard every prayer in the night. I've heard every deep pride in your heart. You haven't even spoken. I know your, every thought you know is so intimately. You know us better than we know ourselves. 2 (23m 10s): I pray Lord that you would help us to see ourselves through your eyes as sons and daughters that are completely Holy without sailing that were covered by a loving father. We take a deep breath. Thank you for the breath in our lungs and for the praise on our lips. And even for the tears Lord, even for the brokenness, because it reminds us how much we need you. We can't walk through this life on a real person for another hour, whereas presence is just so this morning, we're just going to keep soaking. 2 (24m 8s): As we dive into his word this morning, as we hear from me, digest more of his character as he makes us more and more like him as we spend time in his presence. And I just thank you for what you're doing in our midst. I pray that you would continue just to meet us as we draw near to you, would you draw near to us? It's just joy radiating from their soul. There's a piece that's beyond my comprehension. They go through all they walk through and still have joy and peace in the mess because we have a savior. One service safety team is still looking for a few extra folks. I know a few few people came up and talked to me last week about helping out with that. We're going to worship the Lord this morning, and I was open with a word of prayer, dear God, we come to you this morning and we just stop and become aware of you wherever we're at in our world's going. We just, we just stopped right now and acknowledge that you are your God and we worship you. 0 (45s): And Lord, I just ask you to come and meet each and every person here as they, as they direct their gaze to you, God, would you just come in and just rush in and impact lives this morning through the word shift through the message. And the Lord was watching over me. And maybe some of you that's your life right now. Like you feel like the wheels are just falling off. Maybe it's hard for you to sing even this chorus. That he's good. Cause right now you're not seeing his goodness new and he's maybe there's bills to pay or a car to fix without the money in the bank account. 0 (14m 33s): And that could be your reality. And that's my reality today. He's still good. As soon as you have to preach to our own souls and we have to remind the devil that he's still good and he's always good and that he never lets us down. And if it's not good, it's not over yet. Amen. So we're going to sing this song in faith this morning. Let faith arise in your heart. No matter what you're facing today. Even if the wheels have literally come off of your leg, he is still good at and holds you steady. And he guards you and he protects you and he provides for you. So we're not going to fear. We're not going to live in that place. Now we're going to take some time to worship. We're going to hear the word we're going to pray, and we're going to go forth from this place. Just excited about the fact that we get to be those who people can look at and say, if they took note to them that they have been with Jesus, let's open with prayer. 0 (49s): Shall we Lord our God, I thank you. And I praise you that you are God, and you are not just some distant God way out there, who set things into motion. And now you stand back and see how things play out. God, you are sovereign. You have declared the end from the beginning and everything that happens in between and that we can trust you because you are always working for us our best and for your glory. And that's why we're gathered here today is to bring glory to you, to lift up the name of Jesus. Every ounce that we need, fill our tank for this week, or we, you, we depend on you. We call upon you this morning for all that. The Lord's presence this morning. Let's go before him in prayer. God, we just look to you as only as you are our source for the well that never runs dry. So we drink from the well this morning, 1 (45s): Deeply, 0 (47s): God, we pray that you would refreshes renew us, strengthen us, protect us, give us, give us provision Each day for those mercies that are needed. And so we just pray that you would pour out your spirit on your sons and daughters today, as we gather to worship on this campus and all around this County, 40 even others watching all over the world, that tune in it's amazing. You're aware of every circumstance, every care, every concern way on our heart and mind as you know, every pain in our bodies, you know, the very number of the hairs on our head. So what other details would you not know? So glad you're here. If you're joining with us here in person, just glad to see you all. And if you're joined online so glad that you're, you're, you're taking part in that way. I have a quick story. Quick story. So years ago I used to work at a outdoor shop down in Santa Barbara, and I'm feeling out all the gear and checking out. I grew to really enjoy this, this company, Ark, Terex. I love their jackets. And one day I was working in the shop and, you know, testing out their jackets and I, and I was wearing one around the shop. 2 (22m 24s): I was like, Ooh, I really like the way this jacket feels. It's a good jacket. And a guy came in and he starts asking me, Hey, you looking for a jacket? I'm like, Oh, well these are great jackets. And I tell him why. And he's like, Oh yeah, yeah, I think I'm a large, I'm like, okay, let's go. Let's go to the rack. So we go to the rack and I look small, medium, extra large. And I realize I'm wearing the only large and the tags are stuff from the back. And I, and I, and I, and I was like, well, let me look in the back and see if we have a jacket back there. So I quickly go back there, pull off the large and bring it out to them. And, and I think I threw on an extra large just to make it look like I saw the CA jacke

Just pray that the Lord would meet us with his presence today. Fill our hearts with joy and Thanksgiving and praise. So if you're able, would you stand and prepare your hearts for worship and your body is by some worshiping space and let's pray together. As we begin this morning, Lord, we look to you for all that we have need of today. And God, we just pray that you would fill our hearts with praise this morning that we need to be reminded of your faithfulness towards us. 0 (40s): Your goodness, your mercy is that follow us all the days of our lives. Thank you for my pay for anyone this morning, whose heart is hurting, who has concerns weighing on their mind? Anxiety just bubbling up. God, would you bring peace like a river? Would you restore our souls? Would you encourage us today? But there's nothing happening in our lives and our world. That's out of your sight. So we thank you that we can rest in your unfailing love this morning. And so we choose to worship you tonight in spite of maybe how we feel in spite of things, maybe not working out exactly as we hoped whatever's going on, Lord, you are still in control. 0 (1m 26s): You are God, you are Lord. So we just submit our hearts. Our cares our concerns to you. Jesus we asked you in, meet us now as 1 (1m 39s): strengthen our hearts this morning, the trust is yours Jesus but as we worship in the heavenly places, legs, we thank you. 1 (5m 60s): We can rest power in your name. thank you that we can rest in there. 1 (12m 22s): Give us eyes to see what you're doing and 0 (16m 50s): Yeah, the song reminds was of how you should open those prison doors when they sang Lord God, that song of was our praise. That that breaks chains. It brings freedom. And so as we bring us a scoring, even over our city and over our world will be to speak or just your freedom, your light, your flaw, or that you would break chains, have people bound, lost, and alone and hurting. Would you come just with your love and your repentance? How would you heal hearts that are broken and the need of you this morning? So we just submit every care, every concern weighing upon us. 0 (17m 32s): We just lay it all at the cross. The feet of Jesus. We've come here, Lord, to worship you, to recenter our hearts on you. So we look to you, God, would you point us on the path or would you be that lamp to our feet and a light unto our path? And before I jump into announcements, I just, I came across some news that just kind of blew my mind, made me trust in the word of God, even more. So what it was was back in November, there was kind of hidden kind of underground. There's a lot of other news that kind of covered up, but what scientists found as they sent out the new frontier space probe, it's now over 4 billion miles away and they're taking these pictures of the lights of the stars and the galaxies. And what they found is they found light that doesn't have a source. And there's so much light that there's actually just as much light that doesn't have a source as the known sources in the galaxy and sciences are there. 2 (19m 15s): These researchers are actually having to like figure out how do we, how do we explain this?
