This Sunday, we are studying Matthew 25, and understanding what it means that Jesus is our Soon and Coming King. Yes, He's coming back one day, so what do we do in the waiting?

This Sunday, we will continue in our series on building a firm foundation, as we learn that Jesus is our Healer. We will discover principles of contending for the miraculous from John 2:1-10. Jesus is our healer and is still healing today! It is my hope that we will all be encouraged to step out in faith and receive from Jesus.

This Sunday, we are continuing to look at the role the Holy Spirit has in our lives. As we dig into 1 Corinthians 12, we will see that the gifts of the Spirit are given in order to build up the body of Christ, His Church.

This Sunday, we are continuing to build on the foundation of Jesus, as we learn that Jesus is our baptizer in the Holy Spirit.In Acts 2, we see that the Holy Spirit comes upon us to empower us. Come and be encouraged to live in the boldness and power that only comes from the Holy Spirit.

This Sunday, we are pivoting from our current sermon series to talk about the importance of moving with the Holy Spirit. When He changes directions, we have learned to always follow and trust where He leads.We will also be celebrating as people take the next step in their walks with Jesus through water baptism.Come and be encouraged to view the so-called interruptions of life as ministry opportunities.

This Sunday, we will continue our series on building a firm foundation, as we look closely at our most important pillar of faith, which is: Jesus is our Saviour.Last Sunday, we were encouraged to bring some new living stones with us to build the church. Who will you bring to the build?

This Sunday, Pastor Lizzy will begin a new series called, "Building on a Firm Foundation." As we look through 1 Peter 2:4-6, we will focus on Jesus, our Cornerstone, and make commitments moving forward to stay firmly grounded in Him.

Join us as the president from our denomination, Steve Falkiner, installs Lizzy Jorgensen as Lead Pastor at Maranatha Church this Sunday. We will also be welcoming her husband, Tyler, as our new Associate Pastor. So much goodness God has for us in this season.
