The Holidays are usually a bright, shiny, happy time of year. Something we look forward to. Something to close out the year on a high note. In the midst of all the food and family and fun, though, there lurks a silent presence. Grief.
Grief is a natural response to a loss. And, like with any response it can be good. Or it can be not so good. Whatever the cause, grief is a task that, when handled well, can allow you to (and even pave the way for you to) move forward.
