In this episode I interview Dr. Allison Justice. She has a PHD in Plant Environmental Science from Clemson University. She is also a consultant, owns The Hemp Mine, and created the CRC - which is a science-based research group. She has advanced knowledge in post-harvest production, so drying, curing, and that’s what today’s episode is about. She talks about some of the key information when it comes to harvesting, drying, and curing, and she also talks about some studies that have been done in those areas.
