Vertex, Bank of America, Bloomberg, Fannie Mae and other large users recently extended their HQ spaces from 200,000 up to 1,000,000 square feet - all across the country. While positive absorption is not impacted by renewals, supply remained steady signaling a bottom to the work-from-home impact to occupancy.
