Additionally, post-Labor Day stats prove that work-from-home is here to stay spelling more trouble for the office sector. In some much-needed good news for the office sector, large office users are staying put and renewing their office spaces. Vertex, Bank of America, Bloomberg, Fannie Mae and other large users recently extended their HQ spaces from 200,000 up to 1,000,000 square feet - all across the country. While positive absorption is not impacted by renewals, supply remained steady signaling a bottom to the work-from-home impact to occupancy. Is this the right time to find office deals for both office tenants and office investors? We think so.
