As mental health awareness month is coming to an end, Khloe wanted to give a few pointers on self-care. It’s always important to take time out for yourself! Think of it as a reward for getting through your triggers or a dark moment 💚.

This week the ladies are discussing the ridiculous uproar in Alabama surrounding the attempt to ban abortions. While the topic is controversial, it also brought up the discussion of how soon is too soon to speak with your child about sex and how to protect themselves.

This week's snippet in honor of #mentalhealthawarenessmonth, Khloe is touching briefly on MDD or Major Depressive Disorder. There are more than 3 million cases a year and even more people that are not treated. She touches on being diagnosed with MDD and the route she decided to take while in therapy. Khloe is not an expert on mental health, but simply a person that's been affected by it and want to encourage others to get help. There is absolutely nothing wrong with sitting down and speaking with someone. We need to break the stigma as people and encourage our loved ones, not ostracize them.

The ladies are shooting the breeze this week about how important it is to live out your twenties! You have to live life with no regrets and why not YOLO your twenties! . Every Friday the ladies will bring you relatable and unfiltered girl talk.
